HBM offers a diverse range of condom products, including ultra-thin, smooth, ribbed, dotted, fragrance, polyurethane latex-free, female, and premium lubricated condoms. The BENOW portfolio is designed to provide different materials, textures, and product features for different market needs.
Yes. HBM integrates R&D, production, and sales, with its own condom production facilities and an R&D team with expertise in polyurethane, graphene, and other new materials. This provides a technical and manufacturing foundation for customized condom development and OEM projects.
HBM’s BENOW range includes natural rubber latex condoms as well as polyurethane, latex-free condoms. HBM also has R&D capabilities in polyurethane, graphene, and other new materials, with third-generation flexible polyurethane described as a next-generation synthetic latex material.
BENOW condoms comply with the ISO 4074 standard, and each condom is 100% electronically tested. The testing process includes checks such as water leakage, burst volume, burst pressure, aging, visible defects, and packaging integrity. Samples are also subjected to burst and water-permeability testing.
HBM operates four condom production lines with an annual production capacity of more than 500 million premium condoms. The company integrates R&D, manufacturing, and sales within its operations.
HBM follows international quality management standards and has certifications covering ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as well as regulatory approvals including FDA, BSI, CE MDR, PPE, and Japan’s MHLW. The BENOW condom range is specifically stated to comply with ISO 4074.
